Tech Mahindra introduces new policies for LGBTQ+ employees

The company said it would grant more time for employees in the first year of parenthood by allowing more flexibility in its ‘Work from home’ policy. As part of the new policy, same-sex couples will also be able to take 12 weeks paid adoption leave, it said. Bereavement leave of three days will also be granted to same-sex partners, the company added.
