Trai seeks answers for poor broadband proliferation, slow speeds

“Even though mobile broadband services are easily available and accessible, what could be the probable reasons that approximately 40% of total mobile subscribers do not access data services,” the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) said in a consultation paper released Thursday.
