SaaS startup Freshworks files for US IPO with losses shrinking

Freshworks listed the size of the IPO as $100 million, a placeholder that will change when terms of the share sale are set. The potential competitor to far larger Salesforce.com Inc. was valued at $3.5 billion in a 2019 funding round.
