Claude 3.7 Sonnet, which comes after Claude 3.5 Sonnet in Anthropic's family of models, is an ordinary LLM and a reasoning model rolled into one. Some commentators and early testers on X called the model “amazing for programming” and “the best coding AI model”. It has been made available on coding platform GitHub and on AI-powered search engine platform Perplexity AI.
