Google, Flo Health to pay $56 million in period-tracking app privacy case

Google and Flo Health agreed to a $56 million settlement over allegations they shared sensitive menstrual and pregnancy data from Flo app users for targeted ads, violating privacy promises. Google will pay $48 million, Flo $8 million.
