A US Court of Appeals has issued an adverse ruling against Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in a trade secrets dispute with DXC Technology, upholding a $194 million damages award. While the court vacated the previous injunction, it directed the District Court to reassess the order. TCS is evaluating its options and intends to vigorously defend its position.
