Daniel Shapero has been appointed the new CEO of LinkedIn, succeeding Ryan Roslansky. Shapero, an early employee who joined in 2008, previously served as LinkedIn's Chief Operating Officer. Roslansky will continue at Microsoft, taking on expanded responsibilities in the Office productivity group.
