Amazon questions legality of CCI’s December order

Arguing in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Amazon’s lawyer, Gopal Subramanian, said the antitrust agency could suspend a previously approved business proposal only if it was hurting the competitive atmosphere.
