Start-studded ETSA jury to pick winners today; Boat raises $60 million, delays IPO

The ten-member jury, spread across India, Silicon Valley, Bellevue (US) and Singapore, will meet virtually today to recognise the brightest and best entrepreneurial leaders in what is shaping up to be a testing year for the startup ecosystem.
