Combined annual contract value of global tech deals down 9% in Q2, says ISG

The “combined annual contract value" tracked by ISG includes both cloud-based as-a-service and managed services. The cloud demand impact also dragged the "as-a-service" bucket down by 18% to $12.6 billion.
