Startup Awards: Three southern states figure among five best performers

Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu shared the recognition with Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh. In the startup ranking, while Himachal Pradesh is placed among Category-B states, the others are Category-A states.
