The Internet and Mobile Association of India has asked the government to slow enforcement of the Digital Personal Data Protection framework, warning rushed timelines could disrupt businesses. It said companies were promised an 18-month transition but may now get far less. IAMAI cautioned this could create operational, legal and compliance risks across the digital ecosystem.
