Exclusive: Ashneer Grover hires legal firm to protect his turf in BharatPe

BharatPe’s co-founder and MD Ashneer Grover is engaging with Karanjawala & Co. on how to best safeguard his position and keep his shareholding of around 9% intact, in the event of a board action to remove him from the firm.
