Foundation PE buys out LPs of Prime Venture Partners’ first fund

Foundation Private Equity (FPE), an Asia-focused secondary fund, has bought out all investors in early stage venture capital firm Prime Venture Partners’ first fund, extending the fund’s life by four years.
