Addressing over 200 CEOs at a breakfast meet in the run-up to the BTS, chief minister Siddaramaiah said KATALYST will be a dedicated ease of doing business cell to support GCCs in the state. The one-stop window will fast-track setting up GCCs to under 45 days, offer a single-point GCC handbook, and streamline industry connect and incentive queries, the CM said.
