GCCs, small companies see an opening in WFO rules

Resistance to work-from-office (WfO) requirements comes at a time when low salary hikes in IT sector are also making many unhappy. While companies may be conceding to some requests to retain key employees who may be hard to replace, some people are quitting jobs and joining smaller firms or global capability centres (GCCs) that are open to work-from-home or hybrid models.
